Eleven successful artists, representing different countries of the world, will compete outdoors in front of all audiences, making an original and unique work of art inspired in the "Equilibrium".

The material is marble; the inspiring concept, the equilibrium; time of completion, one week.

Art, as a universal expression, causes this meeting of11 sculptors who represent the world, ready to leave in Chaco, through their sculptures, their message and their stamp of beauty.

Equilibrium:
Equilibrium is pressure at idle, equidistant, a shelter to harmony, balance, the golden middle point, unbiased, proportion, order, relaxed state of beauty, a rule of perfection.

The 2016 Biennial invites sculptors to think about equilibrium –balance- and deposit all attention in this matter.
